Raichu

My third favorite Electric pokemon. Raikou is first and Manectric is second. This is different then i had originally planned. It now is like Dragon Ball Z mixed with Pokemon. Raichu is powering up. He looks really cute like that though. I love pokemon with tuffs of hair. Richie's Sparky is the cutest Pikachu ever, besides that little baby Pikachu from the ep where Ash almost left Pikachu. I would love to see this colored on the computer.
