Kenta Typhlosion Fusion

Decided to draw this for a contest but im not sure if its allowed. Its a contest for starter pokemon dressed as a character but i dont know if they ment the actual starter pokemon. Typhlosion is the best no matter what and Kenta is pretty cool too.
